We always endeavour to give you our best service, and to do so we need to know your needs. Please read carefully our information and requests.

Appointment Confirmation and Payment

To confirm and secure your appointment we require 50% deposit.

This amount will be deducted from the total charge for your appointment.

How long is the appointment?

All of our services include a consultation at the beginning of the appointment. Appointment length differs depending on the service, hair length and texture.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Makeup

For makeup, please have a makeup-free, cleansed and moisturised face prior to your arrival.
Please advise beforehand (if possible) what is your skin tone (Light, Medium, Dark), so our professionals can bring the right foundation, concealer, bronzer and blush
Set aside time for our appointment with no interruptions
Our service takes an average of 60 minutes

Blow Dry, Hair Updos & Styles

Please advise beforehand (sending if possible) photo showing the colour and length of your hair
Specify whether there is a need for a hair accessory / extension
Blow Dry / Dry Styling takes an average of 35 minutes
Please arrive with already clean and dry hair for blow dry styling – if you wish to opt for a wash before styling there is an additional charge of £20
Hair Updos take an average of 55 minutes

Our express services are simple, subtle and elevated – the perfect option if you need to get glam on a time crunch.

Light & Natural Makeup 30 mins
- Opt for our light & natural makeup to achieve a soft and effortless look. If you aren’t used to wearing makeup or need a refreshed look in a hurry, the light & natural makeup service is for you (lashes not included).
Blow Dry/Dry Styling 30 mins
- Our blow dry styling is quick without sacrificing quality, giving you sleek and flowing hair without spending hours in the chair. Using a hairdryer and brushes we can achieve volume, bouncy waves or soft curls to create your perfect dry styling experience.

SOFT GLAM SERVICES

Get the look for any occasion. Are you a wedding guest, bridesmaid or going all out for your birthday? Our luxury services are perfect for any event.

Luxury Makeup 45 mins
- Whether you want a flawless ‘no makeup’ makeup or a dramatic finish, we can customise your service and bring your vision to life. Glow from day to night with a face that wows from every angle.
Luxury Hair Styling 45 mins
- We begin with a full brow dry and any necessary crimping or teasing to prep the hair and add texture, followed by styling. Our luxury hair service is ideal if you are aiming for an updo, braids or curled styles.

FULL GLAM SERVICES

Red Carpet Makeup 65 mins
- Need that full glam photo-finish look? Try our red carpet makeup for a flawless finish with no flashback to last the whole day. Perfect for photoshoots, prom or any event with lots of flash photography.
Red Carpet Hair Styling 65 mins
- Our most extensive hairstyling option, our red carpet service offers the most secure, long lasting results. If you have an all day event or require a look with more intricate detailing, this is the service for you.
Bespoke Services 85 mins

What happens if I arrive late?

For delays of more than 20 minutes there is a £50 late fee that applies so please allow enough time to arrive at your appointed time.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you have any changes in your schedule and need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected] with your name, the time of the original appointment and the desired change, but please note our cancellation policy below.

If you cancel at least forty-eight hours prior to your appointment time you will only be charged the 50% deposit. You can reschedule without any charge.
Appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services selected.
Any changes to date or time 48h before your appointment won’t be charged.
A full payment may be taken if any appointment is cancelled the same day or you do not show up. Please note that deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether a replacement booking is made.

How to find us

We are 3 minutes walking distance from Angel Station at Lower Ground Floor 357 City Road.

When you find Fitness First on City Road, we are just a few steps down the road, to be more precise 20 steps.

Find the black door 357 next to a big white window and walk down the steps to the left of it to the white door where we will be waiting to meet you. Please note there is no parking available on site. If commuting, please see the options below.
