CHANGE OF PURPOSE
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If we need to use your personal data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and we will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so. HOW LONG WILL YOU USE MY PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Details of retention periods for different aspects of your personal data are as follows: Your personal data will be held by each salon you have visited for as long as you remain an active client at that salon (we currently deem this to be two years from your last visit to the salon). After you cease to be an active client, we will still retain some of your details to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your personal data will be held for as long as you remain a subscriber to the newsletter. If you choose to unsubscribe, then we will hold the record of your unsubscribe request to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: see Your Legal Rights below for further information. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.9.
