Appointment Confirmation and Payment

To confirm and secure your appointment we require 50% deposit.

This amount will be deducted from the total charge for your appointment.

How long is the appointment?

All of our services include a consultation at the beginning of the appointment. Appointment length differs depending on the service, hair length and texture.

Hair Cut & Treatments

Keep your hair as you normally style it on a day-to-day basis
Our service takes an average of 60-90 minutes

Hair Colouring

Highlights/Balayage Blonde hair: 4 to 5 hours
Highlights/Balayage Brown/Black hair: 3 to 4 hours
An extra session may be necessary, depending on the condition of the hair and its development.

Hair Colouring Procedure

We perform a hair colouring test to analyse the strength and health of your hair.
Your hair colouring test may be rejected if it is elastic or sensitised. In that case, Izabella will do a hair treatment with Olaplex and give you directions to strengthen your hair before doing a new hair colouring test. The cost of the Olaplex treatment and Consultation is £75 and hair colouring test. Remember: hard water is one of hair’s biggest enemies. We recommend you use a shower filter and a shampoo formulated for hard water.
Our professionals will choose the best colour and technique for your hair. It is mandatory that you have at least 3 desirable references, one of them being Izabella’s work.
During the hair dying, we will provide capillary protectors to maintain the health of the hair from powder bleach.
A Reconstruction Treatment after the procedure is highly recommended. We recommend the full Olaplex treatment.
During the first month after the procedure, it will be necessary to pay more attention to and care for your hair.
It is important to use all of Izabella’s products daily. We suggest at least 1 professional hair treatment a month to maintain the shine and health of your hair.
After a chemical procedure, the oxidative process (change of colour) happens faster, and because of that, we recommend toning your hair every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain the colour.
For a follow up full balayage, we suggest 3 months minimum break for complete hair recovery.

Pre-Hair Test/Colouring Protocol (30 Day Period):

Keeping your hair strong and healthy is a priority so, prior to a full colour treatment we recommend this routine for the 30 days before treatment to maximise incredible results with as minimal damage to the hair as possible.

Use hair oils 1-2 times per week, as a pre-shampoo, 1 hour before sleep. Apply the entire length to the tips of the hair (do not apply on the roots).
Wash your hair with a moisturising shampoo (we recommend Wella Professional) in the morning, and apply a hair mask of your preference. Suggestions: Luxe Oil or Oil Reflections, from Wella.
Use 5 pumps of hair oil on wet hair and dry it as usual.
In the case of frizziness, use hair oil on dry hair as well. The oil helps to maintain the hydration of the hair cuticles.
Use heat as little as possible during this period.
Every step is important and must be executed to reinforce the structure and maintain the strength of the hair during the bleaching/colouring process.

Hair with Brazilian Keratin:

The Brazilian Keratin encapsulates the hair strand, making it difficult for the bleach to perform. The chemical components of Brazilian Keratin are mostly not compatible with the bleaching process, resulting in hair breakage.
The Brazilian Keratin makes it difficult to reveal the true hair colour, and so the entrance and removal of the colour pigment. For that reason, we cannot guarantee a 100% satisfactory result for hair treated with Brazilian Keratin.

What happens if I arrive late?

For delays of more than 20 minutes there is a £50 late fee that applies so please allow enough time to arrive at your appointed time.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you have any changes in your schedule and need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected] with your name, the time of the original appointment and the desired change, but please note our cancellation policy below.

If you cancel at least forty-eight hours prior to your appointment time you will only be charged the 50% deposit. You can reschedule without any charge.
Appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services selected.
Any changes to date or time 48h before your appointment won’t be charged.
A full payment may be taken if any appointment is cancelled the same day or you do not show up. Please note that deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether a replacement booking is made.

We are 3 minutes walking distance from Angel Station at Lower Ground Floor 357 City Road.

When you find Fitness First on City Road, we are just a few steps down the road, to be more precise 20 steps.

Find the black door 357 next to a big white window and walk down the steps to the left of it to the white door where we will be waiting to meet you. Please note there is no parking available on site. If commuting, please see the options below.
