Natalie and Andy’s love story began in London, where they first crossed paths at a lively house party. Andy, dressed as an M&M, managed to charm Natalie with his wit and personality. What began as a lighthearted encounter blossomed into a deep connection, leading to a romantic proposal on a sunset-lit balcony in Estepona, Spain. Their journey culminated in a beautiful, dreamlike wedding at the stunning Loseley Park, surrounded by family, friends, and timeless elegance.
Their beautiful wedding was a tale of two settings: the stately home ceremony exuding understated glamour, and a lively reception in a converted barn adorned with disco balls and flowers. The seamless transformation from a classic, modern wedding ceremony to an epic party reflected their unique style and their desire to create a memorable experience for their guests.
Natalie’s experience with Izabella and our team was exceptional from the start. The video call consultations made her feel seen and heard, while the constant communication through responsive WhatsApp chats and thoughtful email exchanges reassured her at every step. With each interaction, Natalie felt increasingly understood and valued, fostering a deep trust that ultimately allowed her to enjoy a stress-free, picture-perfect wedding day.
Natalie and Andy’s DIY decoration added personal touch to their wedding. Natalie decorated the tables with floral and silver confetti, LED candles, and mini disco balls holding the table names and menus. Fresh rosemary and lavender, picked from her mum’s garden, were tied with ribbons and placed in napkins, adding a fragrant and meaningful touch to the table settings.

How was your experience with us?
Excellent. From start to finish I was impressed. Izabella and the team took great care in making sure they understood what I was trying to achieve, with video call consultations, a responsive WhatsApp chat and by email. The studio was also lovely! I felt in good hands from the beginning.
Why did you choose us?
I had a trial with another makeup artist in Basingstoke. When I first got engaged I panicked and booked a makeup and hair stylist ASAP as I was told this is one of the first things you need to book as a bride to be. My magical day was in June and I had my hair and make-up trial in April, which was a disaster! I felt like the stylist was not as experienced as they presented themselves to be and the look they gave me was far from what I wanted to achieve on the big day! Following this I had to find a new stylist and on looking on Instagram and online reviews I came across Izabella!
What was the theme of your wedding at Loseley Park?
The inspiration was always classic, understated glamour. The wedding was in a stately home with the reception in a converted barn on site, so the wedding day was split (in my opinion) into two parts; the classy demure ceremony and canapés with the epic party following in the second half. I had the barn decorated with disco balls and flowers! It was the perfect location I envisioned for my big day.
How did you both meet?
We actually met via the spare room! I moved into a house share when I first moved to London and Andy (my now husband) was friends with one of the boys I lived with! One of the first times I met Andy was at a house party my flat mate invited me to and Andy was there dressed as an M&M! The flatmate who is now a mutual friend of ours, did a reading at our wedding.
How did he propose to you?
On a long weekend away in Estepona, in Spain. I am not one for fuss or drawing attention, Andy knowing this proposed on the balcony while we were sipping wine watching the sun set.
Did you DIY anything for your wedding decoration?
Our table decorations! I had a florist make traditional centrepieces and I hired some LED candles and gold candle sticks. However, I decorated the table with floral and silver confetti and placed the table names and some menus in mini disco balls. I also picked rosemary and lavender from my mum’s garden the day before the wedding and placed two sprigs in each napkin and with the help of my bridesmaids tied a ribbon around each one. It sounds simple but looked really effective and took hours!
What did you do to prepare for your special day?
I had several hydra facials before my wedding. Drank lots of water and tried to diet…..I also topped up my highlights framing my face and got a hair toner two days before the wedding, to ensure the colour was on point and no dark shadows would show in the photos. I also purchased extensions for volume and put a toner through these.
What was your inspiration for your wedding hair & makeup?
Natural, understated glam.
What was a memorable moment for you?
Walking down the aisle with my dad.
The funniest moment on the day was something that surprised you?
We booked secret singing waiters and they did not disappoint! All the guests formed a conga and danced through the amazing wedding venue! The singing waiters also really helped to get the party started! It was the perfect way to start the celebration.
Where was your honeymoon?
Safari in Kenya followed by 8 nights in Zanzibar, chilling by the beach.

Any advice you would like to share with future IB Brides?
Drink water, get hydra facials and try and enjoy the day! Designer shoes are probably not worth it if you have a long dress! I wore Jimmy Choo and nobody saw them!
